The effectiveness of the productivity method is often enhanced by the use of digital or physical tracking systems. These systems provide a visual representation of completed tasks, which can serve as a powerful motivational tool. Tracking progress helps in estimating the time required for future projects more accurately. At The College of Contract Management, the curriculum emphasises data-driven decision-making and efficient resource allocation.
