🏠 A Record-Breaking Year for House of Heroes CT: 36 Veteran Homes Completed in 2025
It’s official — House of Heroes Connecticut (HOHCT) is set to make history in 2025, breaking records and making a lasting impact across the state.This year, our dedicated volunteers, sponsors, and community partners will have completed 36 veteran home repair projects in 73 cities and towns across Connecticut — the most veterans served in a single year since our founding.
From small accessibility upgrades to full home restorations, every project embodies our mission: providing free home improvement for veterans in CT to ensure they can live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.

Through our veterans home repair program CT, we’ve tackled everything from rebuilding ramps and repairing steps to painting, yard work, and interior safety improvements.Each home repaired represents more than just a project — it’s a renewed sense of comfort, pride, and independence for a deserving hero.
Behind these transformations are hundreds of selfless volunteers and generous sponsors who believe in giving back to those who gave so much. Together, they’ve proven that it only takes a few hours of teamwork to create a lifetime of change.
