Aetna Cares
Late in June, members of AETVETS (Aetna employees) came together to help our first Hartford Veteran. Providing service with service, these volunteers made huge improvements for this Vietnam Veteran. Refinishing his deck, fixing an indoor shower and helping to clean out a garage and spruce up his yard, these volunteers got the job done. We learned that this veteran was part of Operation BabyLift at the end of the Vietnam War that helped bring 3000 orphan children back to the US. It was an inspiring day for all involved. Great job AETVETS!
