Veterans Tribute Week - A Success!

It started with a cold and blustery CT Veterans Parade and ended with a heartwarming tribute to an American Hero. It's been quite the week leading to Veterans Day for the HOHCT team. We executed three concert events, two home projects, one major fundraiser and one parade. Check out the photos in out gallery! HOH extends it sincere appreciation to our generous sponsors, our hard working board members and more than 100 amazing volunteers that made this week possible. Sikorsky Aircraft employees were instrumental in making a huge difference in the day of two veterans in Milford and Stratford. Nice job!

Special appreciation to HOH singer songwriter Tim Maggart for bringing his New American Freedom Train Show to CT. The show is a musical and multi-media tribute to veterans and their families for their tremendous sacrifice. More than 1000 veterans, family members, students and other supporters gathered to hear Tim's masterful storytelling through music and imagery. They'll be back!
