Of the 90-plus veterans and surviving spouses that House of Heroes Connecticut has helped since its founding in 2012, one thing is for certain: They have all served and sacrificed so that we might enjoy the privilege of living our lives safely and freely.
From our vantage point, that makes them all heroes.
This Memorial Day weekend – our 6th anniversary – House of Heroes Connecticut will complete its 100th veteran home, helping a female Navy veteran displaced by a devasting fire return safely to the home she longs for.
