Three veteran home repair projects were successfully accomplished by nearly 100 volunteers on October 24th in New Castle County. But the effects of this project day will reverberate throughout Delaware. House of Heroes wishes to establish a Delaware Chapter (HOHDE) to address the need for safe and accessible homes for those military and public safety veterans that have proudly served our nation. We’re actively seeking founding donors, home sponsor organizations, craftsman volunteers and veterans to build a sustainable and scalable Delaware Chapter. In 2016, we hope to expand our services and reach throughout Delaware. More here.
